Workshop and Booking Terms

   1.    Private Groups:

   •    Private workshops are available based on availability.

   •    A minimum of six participants is required for private group bookings.

   2.    Pricing and Payment:

   •    The workshop fee is $80.00 per person, payable at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

   3.    Liability Waiver:

   •    By participating in a fragrance workshop, you acknowledge potential risks, including allergic reactions, skin irritation, or accidental spills.

   •    Sofisticated Fragrances LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participation.

   •    You waive and release Sofisticated Fragrances LLC from all claims related to your participation.

   4.    Cancellation Policy:

   •    Participants may cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.

   •    If Sofisticated Fragrances LLC cancels a workshop, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

General Provisions

   1.    Right to Withdraw or Cancel Services:

   •    Sofisticated Fragrances LLC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any service or transaction at its sole discretion. Refunds may be issued where applicable.

   2.    Customer Expectations and Liability:

   •    While we strive for accuracy, Sofisticated Fragrances LLC is not liable for errors in information on our website, marketing materials, or product descriptions.

   3.    Copyright Rules:

   •    All content, materials, designs, and processes on this website and in workshops are the intellectual property of Sofisticated Fragrances LLC.

   •    Users may not reproduce, adapt, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

   •    Attribution is required for any approved non-commercial use.
